Refund Policy

1. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

Every project delivered by Dalatra LLC is covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within 14 days of project delivery, you are not satisfied with the work delivered and we cannot resolve the issue through revision, you are entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid for that project.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@dalatra.com from the email address on the original invoice. Include your invoice number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within one business day to acknowledge and either propose a revision or initiate a refund.

3. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Bank settlement typically takes an additional 3 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.

4. Eligibility

This policy applies to one-time project deliverables (Web Design and Development services). It does not apply to:

  • Monthly Maintenance fees already consumed (prorated refund available on unused months)
  • Third-party costs we paid on your behalf (domain registration, hosting, paid plugins)
  • Projects delivered, accepted, and live for more than 14 days

5. Chargebacks

We ask clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved within 24 hours via email. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in additional fees being added to the disputed amount.
